Kids & Teens Program: Introduces students to the exciting world of Jiu Jitsu & Wrestling. Students participate in 2 age & skill-specific group classes each week where they learn basic Bully self-defense, character development, and the arts of jiu-jitsu and wrestling.
Adults Program: Students begin with 2 classes a week in our introductory program where we cover the fundamentals of Jiu Jitsu & Wrestling. Plus an additional open mat day in which members utilize to Drill techniques, ask questions, or train live.
